pdsol

pdsol is a simple partial differential equation solver written in c, which uses gnu scientific library. The source code can be downloaded below.

dopsp_difdop

dopsp_difdop is a set of matlab functions and graphical user interfaces that aims to help the analysis of the doppler reflectometry data. The source will be made available soon in this page.

octpp

this is a simple predator-prey like system which is derived froma severe reduction of a shell model of plasma turbulence to 2 shells plus a large scale mode. It is written as an octave script (see http://www.gnu.org/software/octave/), which requires the odepkg package from the octave-forge (http://octave.sourceforge.net/). It may also work under matlab (not tested).

lib_amos

This is a static fortran library implementing the Bessel functions of complex argument to be used in C. It is basically ripped of from slatec and blas (see How_to_Bessel_Functions_in_C). It includes only the J functions, as it is for instruction purposes.
